For the last 55 years, Hy-Pro have been specialising in the design and manufacture of hydraulic pumps and control valves. Our trade marks Hy-Pro and Hy-ProDrive are well known around the globe for their robust and durable reputations.
Our products are used in a wide range of mobile applications from agricultural machinery and car transporters through to large yachts and commercial fishing boats. The design, engineering and manufacture of 95% of our components and all of our assembly takes place in our factory situated in Dawlish, South Devon. Hy-Pro is composed of small teams of people from engineering, quality, purchasing, sales and accounts through to production and assembly. We have a state of the art machine shop with sliding-head lathes, pallet loading mills and CMM measuring equipment. We run solid modelling design software and the latest in ERP software.
We have a good working atmosphere and pay competitive rates and many of our staff have been with us for over 20 years, so there may not always be vacancies! However we are always on the look-out for people to fill:
- CNC Programmer jobs
- CNC Operator jobs
- CNC Machinist jobs
- Hydraulic Engineer jobs
We are seeking the following skills:
- Skilled CNC programmers, setters and operators who can work to tight tolerances
- Assemblers who are skilled with their hands and have good attention to detail
- Hydraulic engineers, especially those with experience of control valves
- Mechanical engineering apprentices with a keen interest
